Hoi, folks!
This probly ought t' be took fer granted, but I'm assumin that th' tie-breaker random draw will only be done fer th' FINAL spot on th' list; in other words, if th' Breakfast Club was t' get 25 votes (just as a hyperthetacle, y' understand) an th' next 3 bands all got 24 votes apiece, there'd be no reason t' cast lots there: they'd just get 2nd, 3rd an 4th spots, then th' next band with 21 votes comes in at th' 5th spot, an so on til there's 9 bands listed, an THEN if there's a tie fer th' 10th spot, it gets th' random roll. (I realize that there might be a 3-way tie fer 9th spot, too, which'd require TWO rolls o' th' dice, an possibly some other permutations...)
Anyhow, is that th' thinkin here?
Like I said, it's a dumb question, but I figger more clarity is better than less ;)

Correct, we will only roll to break a tie(s) for the final spot(s), as needed. Bands which place higher in the voting (ahead of the tie) will not be subject to a tie-breaker roll.
FYI, all ten selected bands *will* be subject to the random roll for which slot they receive, which is totally separate from the tie-breaker roll.
