Due to the fact that Rolling Kegs couldn't play in their time slot, does it mean that Radagast's Pipe and all subsequent bands move 15 minutes ahead?

Rather than disrupt the schedule that bands are already planning on, we've decided to fill-in with the LMB Mega-Band for that open slot.

The Green Hills Music Society will see you 3:30 server time. Is there a parade to the top?

No parade to the 'Top this year. There likely will be a mounted procession after the show back to Bree Festival Grounds.
