Bandleaders: Voting Instructions

The next stop on the Road to Weatherstock VIII is ... to vote for the ten bands which will take part in the summit competition! Here are the details of the summit selection process for Weatherstock VIII ...

Voting will begin on Monday July 11th and run through Friday July 15th.
Each of you will vote for FIVE bands that you think deserve a slot in the summit competition.

The top ten bands in terms of overall votes will be selected (votes will *NOT* be weighted in any way).

You must vote for FIVE bands. You can vote for your own band.

Please send your five votes via PM here in the Gamerlaunch Weatherstock site to: Byrcha, Hollyberye, and Lhinnthel. Yes, send a copy of your vote to all three of us.

If there is a tie, we will break it with a random roll at 'Ales & Tales' on Monday July 18th. Random assignment of summit slots will occur at 'Ales & Tales' on Monday July 18th. Bandleaders and observers will be invited to participate in a raid to break any ties and assign slots with /roll at that time (approx. 10:00pm EDT /servertime).
